Apple Crumble
Ingredients
2 or 3 medium Green Apples
½ cup soft brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons vegan margarine
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Stir sugar, flour, cinnamon and margarine together until it’s roughly mixed
Peel and core apples and cut into small cubes
Put apples in a pot and just cover with boiling water
Bring to the boil and simmer until apples are soft
Spread apples in the bottom of a medium sized oven dish and cover with flour mixture
Bake at 180 degrees C for approx 20/30mins or until the top is browned slightly
